Privacy
The short version: this site collects almost nothing, because it does almost nothing. There is no sign-up, no form and no tracking on it.
What this page covers
This covers the public website at undevia.com only. The Undevia platform itself is operated under contract with the utility or operator who licenses it, and the data inside it belongs to them. How that data is handled is set out in their agreement, not here.
What we collect from you
Nothing you have to hand over. This site carries no forms, no accounts and no newsletter sign-up. We run no advertising and no advertising networks, and we do not sell or share what we hold with anyone.
Measurement
We do measure how the site is read, on infrastructure we run ourselves rather than through an advertising company. Two things are active, and we would rather state them plainly than bury them.
Visit statistics. Which pages are viewed, the site you arrived from, approximate country, and browser and device type. This sets no cookies and does not follow you to any other site.
Session recording. We record how visitors move through the page: clicks, scrolling and navigation, so we can see which parts are read and which are unclear. Text that looks like an email address or a number is obscured before it leaves your browser, and anything typed into a field is masked by default. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, no recording is made.
If you would rather not be included in either, say so at the address below and we will exclude you.
What the server records
Like any web server, ours writes an access log: the requesting IP address, the time, the page asked for and the browser string your device sends. It is used to keep the site available and to spot abuse. It is not used to identify you, and it is not combined with anything else.
Typefaces
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them, and Google receives that request, including your IP address, under its own privacy policy. The session-recording code above is also fetched from its maker's network, though the recordings themselves go only to our own servers and to no one else's.
Restricted areas
If you have been given a passcode to a restricted part of this site, entering it sets one cookie so the site remembers you are through the gate. It holds no personal information, it is used for nothing else, and it expires when you close your browser.
If you write to us
Mail sent to our contact address is kept so we can read it and reply to it. That is the only reason we keep it.
Asking us about it
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@undevia.com and we will answer. If you are evaluating Undevia and your compliance team needs the full processing detail, contract terms and hosting arrangements, ask at the same address and we will provide them.

If this changes, the date below changes with it.
